1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Items must:

• Be unused

• Be in original packaging

• Be in resellable condition

We reserve the right to reduce refunds if items show signs of use.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Personalised or custom stationery

• Digital downloads

• Used notebooks or opened sealed items

• Gift cards

4. Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is:

• Faulty

• Damaged

• Incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded (as required by law), but upgraded shipping costs will not.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund including postage.
